1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (13 in the United States and most of the world; 14 in Spain, South Korea, the UK; 16 in several EU Member States; 18 in several APAC jurisdictions).
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, gzpojie.com grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use each Service on devices you own or control, solely for personal (non-commercial, unless explicitly licensed) use.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (b) resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise commercially exploit the Service; (c) use the Service to provide services to third parties; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
4. App Store & Platform Rules
Our apps published through Apple\'s App Store, Google Play, Mac App Store, and macOS / iOS direct distribution are additionally governed by the rules of those platforms, including Apple\'s App Store Review Guidelines, the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, the Program License Agreement (PLA) Schedule 2, the Alternative Terms for EU distribution under the Digital Markets Act, Google\'s Play Console Policies, and the Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
Pricing. Prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or any other transaction tax, which is your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
In-app purchases & subscriptions. Billing is handled by the storefront operator (Apple, Google). You authorise the operator to charge the price, including any applicable taxes, against your stored payment method. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds. Apple offers a 7-day refund policy via reportaproblem.apple.com; Google offers up to 48 hours via the Play Console. We do not process refunds ourselves for App Store / Play purchases. For purchases made directly through our website we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee.
6. Advertising, SDKs & Sponsored Placements
The free tier of some apps displays advertising via the SDKs disclosed in our Privacy Policy §6. By using the free tier you accept those disclosures.
Specifically: Open / splash, interstitial, rewarded, banner, native and MREC ad units may be shown. We do not author the ad creative; the responsibility for ad content lies with the advertiser and the ad network delivering it. Promoted product placements are clearly marked "Sponsored" or "Ad". If you upgrade to the paid tier, all advertisements are removed from the affected apps. The /app-ads.txt file at our root is the IAB-recognised authority for authorised sellers of our inventory.
7. User Content & Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of content you create inside the apps. You are responsible for your User Content. We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by gzpojie.com or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
9. Open Source Acknowledgements
Our apps include open-source components. The full list of components, licenses, and notices is available in-app under Settings → Open Source Licences and online at /licences/oss.json.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party services.
11. Service Availability & Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may release updates and patches; some updates may be mandatory for security reasons.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gzpojie.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. In any case, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total fees you paid to gzpojie.com in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless gzpojie.com and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your access or use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
16. Suspension & Enforcement
We may take any of the following measures, with or without notice, in case of breach: warning, removal of offending content, suspension or termination, reporting to competent authorities, legal action.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflicts-of-laws. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration administered by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). The seat is Hanoi, Vietnam. The language is English.
18. Class-Action Waiver
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes will be brought in an individual capacity, not as part of a class.
19. Notices & Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Notices to gzpojie.com should be sent to contact@gzpojie.com.
20. Export Control & Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws, including the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the EU Dual-Use Regulation 2021/821, and the UN, UK and local sanctions lists.
21. Government Users (US)
If you are a US federal, state, or local government end-user, the Service is a "commercial product" subject to FAR 12.212 / DFARS 227.7202.
22. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
23. Severability & Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
24. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, either in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
